Pues vamos al grano los "tosqueros" (porque ya no hay albañiles) han hecho en una obrilla de J. Colabora un boquete PA Q VENTILE la casa.

Tambien fijaos en dos cosas:

1.- falta el remate superior con yeso o mortero, entre el tabique y el forjado.

2.- El arranque de abajo del muro de ladrillo: la disposición de las piezas es diferente al resto.

PD: ¿Intentaron hacer un aparejo ingles?. jjejeje valeeeeeeeeeeeeee lo seeee, no me lo digas J. Es para ganar bien la altura ^^. (si me equivoco dimelo :(  ).

La primera hilada debe colocarse en batería especialmente para que el muro tenga mayor inercia en su base y así soportar el momento por cargas horizontales que se puedan aplicar sobre él.

Apa, lo de los ladrillos en bateria, es broma hombre, que lo he dicho por la forma.
Aver que yo, de construccion lo justito, pego los azulejos de casa que se caen con silicona, soy ebanista y lo mio son los muebles de madera, ¿he dicho madera?, en que estare pensando, si son de aglomerado y plasticos y otras cosas que mejor me callo.
Lo de remolinado, es que soy de Cataluña y aqui al rebozado de paredes le dicen remolinado, a los azulejos, rajolas, a los ladrillos, tochos etc...

El boquete es de los andamios de fachada.. por eso no os preocupeis que hay cosas peores.
Si os fijais bien, la fabrica esta llena de agujeritos por ahorrar (un monton) de mortero de cemento y no repasarla al terminar.
La primera hilada (en bateria? segun pepe) a tizon la usan para replantear la anchura del cerramiento ( 24 cms) pero esto produce un puente termico en el cerramiento capuchina y si queda alguna junta sin rellenar perfectamente sera una entrada de humedad SEGURA.Mucho ojito con la colocacion en "bateria"
Respecto a la ultima junta hay que hacerla despues de 24 horas para que la fabrica asiente y relenarla con yeso para que admita pequeñas dilataciones. Pero esta vez se les olvido.... A mi no. Y tuvieron que volver a terminarla. Por perezosos o por no tener ni "p. idea" que es lo mas habitual...

A ver Apa, esta pared se ha levantado en invierno por lo tanto se ha tenido en cuenta el proceso de dilatacion del tocho (ladrillo), y la parte de abajo esta presentada en lo que se denomina, colocacion en bateria, de verdad esque parece mentira que no lo....
